Accommodation:
Ground floor; Porch. Hall. Sitting/Dining room with digital freeview 42" LCD TV, digital hard drive DVD recorder/player, stereo/digital radio with USB port (connectivity for MP3 player/memory stick) Free Superfast WiFi connection and multi fuel cast iron stove. Kitchen with gas-fired range cooker, combination microwave, fridge, seperate freezer, auto. washing machine and dishwasher. All crockery, glasses and bakeware. Bedroom 2 with king size bed (5') and seating area with sofas and LCD freeview Smart TV. Bedroom 3 with double bed and LCD freeview TV. Family bathroom with roll top bath and hand shower attachment, large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. First Floor; Master bedroom 1 with king size bed (5') combination LCD freeview TV & DVD and en-suite bathroom with cast iron roll top bath, fixed shower attachment, WC and wash basin. All sink taps have levers for ease of use.
Beds: All our beds have beautiful & luxurious bed drapes & sumptuous pocket sprung mattress' with 1000 springs for the double and as many as 1260 for the 5' kingsize beds. A choice of warm but light summer & winter synthetic duvets & 1 synthetic & 1 feather pillow per person. This can be changed for any allergy sufferers to all synthetic pillows, upon request.

are inclusive of electricity, gas, electric heating - full oil fired CH also available, Oct - Jun (unless unseasonable weather or by specific arrangement). Superfast Wireless Broadband router. Bed linen, duvets, 1 bath robe per bedroom and 1 hand towel per bathroom.
